These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Event Quote Builder, a software product for event production quoting, catalog management, client forms, quote versions, PDFs, and packing lists.

1. Company Information

Event Quote Builder is operated by Quotecel. Contact: support@quotecel.com. Replace these placeholders with your legal business name, address, and support email before publishing.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the service to create client forms, manage quote versions, import catalog data, generate event production quotes, and produce operational documents. You are responsible for verifying all pricing, tax, margin, and quote information before sending it to clients.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider. Subscription terms, billing periods, taxes, renewals, and cancellations will be shown at checkout and/or inside your account.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the client, project, quote, catalog, and form data you upload or create. You grant us permission to process that data only as needed to provide and improve the service.

6. Software Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product improves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Quote Builder is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for lost profits, incorrect quotes, pricing errors, or indirect damages caused by your use of the software.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
