Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Event Quote Builder subscriptions or digital purchases.

1. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription according to the billing settings provided at checkout or inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods unless required by law or approved by support.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests can be sent to support@quotecel.com. Please include the account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.

3. Digital Product Access

Because Event Quote Builder is a digital software product, refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may be processed through Lemon Squeezy or the payment provider used for the purchase.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible so we can review the transaction.
