This Privacy Policy explains how Event Quote Builder collects, uses, and protects information when you use the website, app, client forms, quote management tools, catalog imports, and payment checkout.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, company, email address, and billing details.
- Client, project, venue, quote, catalog, and form response data that you enter or upload.
- Usage and analytics information such as pages visited, clicks and actions, referrer, campaign parameters, session timing, scroll depth, device/browser/operating-system information, screen size, approximate location derived from network information (such as country, region, and city), and error or deployment metadata.
- Payment information handled by Lemon Squeezy or another payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, process payments, generate quotes and forms, validate catalog imports, improve the product, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, analytics, email, database, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.
4. First-Party Analytics
QuoteCel uses first-party analytics to understand how the website and application are used. When you are signed in, usage events may be associated with your QuoteCel user ID and email address. When you are not signed in, analytics may use a pseudonymous visitor and session identifier. We do not intentionally record passwords, payment card numbers, or the text you type into ordinary form fields as analytics events.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so users should keep account credentials safe and verify sensitive data before sharing it.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
